Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Looking for a simple and delicious dessert for your Spring time gathers or just something easy to make any meal more special? Try this simple cheesecake pie recipe. It's a snap to put together and is one of my favorite desserts!

1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 - b ounce carton frozen whipped topping
1 - 9 - inch graham cracker pie crust
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Whip cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add in sugar, mixing thoroughly. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract. Fold in the frozen whipped topping, mixing well. Simply spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust, cover, and chill at least four hours before serving. Top witht he pie filling if desired.
