Monday: sliced hot dogs mixed with macaroni and cheese, spinach, baby carrots
Tuesday: fried fish fillets, green beans, fruited jello
Wednesday: bean burritos with hot sauce, cheese, and sour cream
Thursday: lemon pepper chicken - whole chicken done in crock pot
Friday: leftover chicken with rice pilaf
I'll probably make a couple of loaves of bread to serve with this. All meals are served with iced tea.
