Eating Healthier, I've Been Inspired

Do you know what phytonutrients are? If you said no, don't feel bad because I didn't know either. So, I looked it up in the dictionary and discovered this, phytonutrient - Any substance, of plant origin, that provides nutrition; a phytochemical. That's easy enough, basically just fruits and veggies. I got it. Now I can proudly say that I love phytonutrients.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out what a nutritional punch some of my favorite fruits and veggies pack. Phytolife.com has inspired me to start trying to incorporate more phytonutrients into our daily diet. We can all eat a little healthier, right?
