Blue

I am so blue today. I realize that having depression does this, but I have way more good days than bad normally. Today is just one of the bad ones. It's grey and drizzly outside. I haven't been sleeping well. The house is a disaster. I am tired and just want to curl up with a book or take a nap. I am worried about Dan's job. I am in general just blah. I did a work out and it perked me up some. But, I am still very blah.

Living with depression is no fun, lol. I normally cope very well, I think a combination of things has just brought me down today. It will pass, it always does. I am going to do some housework. Seeing things in good shape always helps; messes are even more depressing. Then I'll probably kick back with a book for a bit.

What do you do to cheer up when you have a case of the blahs?

..been there, and still working through bits and pieces of it day by day. On the bad days it helps me to declutter everything around and in me by cleaning, working out and praying...and some good music i can sing and dance too helps as well. ;) Good luck and God Bless.

Music and dancing, and sitting in the sun shine...which wouldn't help today--because it's cloudy... :)

I blog and then I forget everything. Sometimes I'm out the whole day window shopping.

Long baths make me feel better. It's my one indulgence! I am sorry you are sad. I hope tomorrow is better.

I alos love to just go outside. There is something about fresh air in being in God's creations especially in Spring, that just lift my spirits and allow me to feel refreshed and able to start anew.
