Wordless Wednesday ~ Beautiful Lengths Donation

As I posted earlier, I cut off 11 inches of hair over the weekend to donate to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths program. I love that my hair can go to a good cause and I can be cooler. Here are my "after" pics.

Beautiful Lengths

We spent the weekend visiting with my in laws. At some point, I mentioned wanting to get my hair cut. Less than an hour later, I had 11 inches less hair. My sister-in-law Tammy had told me about Pantene's Beautiful Lengths program and it didn't take me long to decide to participate. They make real hair wigs for women battling cancer. I urge you to please go to their site to learn more about this terrific program. They only require your pony tail be 8 inches long, but we cut mine longer to compensate for how much it curls up when dry and to achieve the style my mother-in-law wanted me to have. My new do looks great and I am thrilled to be helping such a worthy cause. I can't wait to grow my hair out and do it again!
