Dull

20 January 2010
That's what I think my life is like lately and the reason I've not been posting much. It seems I'm still struggling to get over the chaos of the holidays. My days are a blur of alarm clocks, getting kids to school, husband to work, laundry, dishes, laundry, cleaning up after everyone from kids to kittens, laundry, and laundry. There is not much exciting stuff to write about. Granted, I know I'm not the the only blogger whose life is.. well.. ordinary. I think a lot of us are in the same boat.

So, that's what I've been up to lately. Just being wife and mom. It's not exciting, but it's my life.

Sounds like my days too...minus the daily craziness that is my job! Believe me there are plenty of times I wish for the 'dull' life that you have. ;)

I know what you mean. It takes me a bit to get going in the new year.

Hey Girl! I don't know what you thought about when you were in high school, but I used to dream about getting married and having children of my own to teach and mold into wonderful adults.

Well, my life didn't quite turn out like I dreamed. It did in a sense, as far as the married part albeit it took 3 times to find Mr. Right, ( and sometimes although I love him, I wouldn't exactly call him Mr. Right), and no children to teach or mold into wonderful adults. It just wasn't to be. Think of it this way. Your life is never boring with kids around, (you probably don't have time to be bored). With me, it's the same thing day in and day out, never changes. Sometimes, my life reminds me of the movie Groundhog Day, LOL! but...it's my life and I love it. haha!

Love & Prayers,

PJ
