I love Christian fiction. I am a big Reader. This seems to be about how people can love but that it can come various kinds of ending, not as expected. I like that this is set in Indonesia. I have just finished reading another book with the same setting. "My Hands Came Away Red" by Lisa McKay peeked my intrest to really want to read
"Boneman's Daughter".

I think I just found a new author I will love, never read any of his work, but I love a good thriller, this one sounds like a page turner that will keep me on the edge of my seat.

I loved the fact that the author relayed his own rage and fear which connects with his feeling when writing this book. Therefore knowing that the outcome is your perception of the character that you identify with and your fear acknowledges.

I love that it is a Christian Fiction book and I love the authors lifestory that he was raised in the missionary life. His take on life has to be so much different than normal people's - if i dont win this book i will definitly put him on my to read list.

As a mother of a daughter I can relate to the "what would you do to save your child?" theme. While I would like to believe I wouldn't do anything wrong, the love between a parent and a child would test that hope. I'd love to read this book! Thanks.

There are a couple of reasons I would love to read this. First, Ted is drawing from his childhood experiences to create the characters. Second, this is a new type of killer that hasn't been seen before. Thanks for the chance!

The whole book sounds awesome! I love thrillers and this sounds like a great one. It may be hard to read though considering how he kills his victims considering I have 2 young daughters. Thank you!

I've read some of Ted Dekker's other books and enjoyed them. This one sounds like it's right up my alley, full of suspense and thrills and the twist where the hunter becomes the hunted.

I read your review and now I am really interested in this book. I like all those CSI shows and this book sounds like a good mystery I read that Dekker is a Christian author so there probably won't be any unwanted sexual aspects to the book.

This is actually on my TBR list.. I find it interesting that this book has so many levels to it.. Find of like what would you be willing to do for your own child.. What really is a perfect parent? Can love and faith win in the end?

I find it interesting that the vctim's father is the suspected Boneman. The estraged relationship of the father and daughter and the conflict between the two men is very interesting. garrettsambo@aol.com
